The short version
Forgeplot collects nothing. There are no accounts, no analytics, no tracking, no advertising identifiers, and no third-party SDKs. The app makes no network requests of its own. Everything you make stays on your device until you choose to export or share it.
Photos you import
Some generators can redraw a photo as line work. When you choose a photo, it is downsampled and converted to a small greyscale map on your device and used only to generate the drawing. Your photo is never uploaded, transmitted, or stored anywhere outside the app, and Forgeplot only ever sees the specific image you pick.
Your gallery
Saved pieces are stored locally on your device as a recipe — the generator, its settings and a seed — together with a small preview image. They are not synced to us, because there is no “us” to sync to. Deleting the app deletes them.
Files you export
When you export an SVG or a wallpaper, the file goes wherever you send it: Files, Photos, AirDrop, or another app you choose. That hand-off is performed by iOS, and Forgeplot receives no copy and no record of it.
Permissions
Forgeplot asks for access to your photo library only when you use a photo-driven generator, and for permission to add to your photo library only when you save a wallpaper. Both are optional — the rest of the app works without them.
Children
Forgeplot is suitable for all ages and collects no personal information from anyone, including children.
Changes
If this policy ever changes, the revised version will be posted on this page with a new date. Since the app collects nothing, we don’t expect much to change.
